
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing to book with All Mountain Snowsports. We take every care in providing the highest quality ski lessons to exceed your expectations and hope you return to ski with us again.
All prices quoted by us and paid for by you are for instruction only. It is your responsibility to pay separately for all other potential costs connected with the lesson, eg. lift passes, equipment hire, accommodation and insurance.
Please pay attention to the following booking terms & conditions. This contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law. If anything in it is not clear, please call us and we will be happy to discuss.

Definitions
The terms “All Mountain Snowsports”, “AMS”, “us” or “we” refer to All Mountain Snowsports Ltd. All Mountain Snowsports Ltd. is a booking agent for your instructor. The term “you” refers to yourself, the client.
The term “Group Lessons” includes any lesson where you book a space on a course that includes other third parties in the lesson, and whereby you do not have sole use of the instructor. These include Kids Group Lessons, Adult Group Lessons and Pro products.
Booking
Clients attending our lessons or courses must pay the appropriate fee in full before joining the class.
In the case of advance bookings, we will reserve your place for a maximum of 10 days from the date of issue of Booking Proposal. Please return your remittance within this period to confirm your booking.
Advance bookings require a non refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking. The balance of 50% is due 8 weeks before the date that the first lesson booked commences.
No contract will exist until we issue a receipt or email, accepting your payment.
Prices are correct as of time of booking. Prices may be subject to revision at any time but will not affect the price given at time of confirmed booking. Prices are quoted and charged in sterling GBP.
The contract of instruction is between the client and the instructor, whilst the contract of management of booking is between the client and All Mountain Snowsports Ltd.
Payments
We accept payment by major credit card companies, debit cards and by bank transfer. Please note that all card transactions are made through a secure WorldPay terminal. They are protected by encryption on a secure server.
Your card statement will show a transaction to “All Mountain Snowsports Ltd”.
Client Commitments
You are obliged to insure yourself with adequate winter-sports insurance including third party liability. We recommend that you arrange an appropriate policy, which should also includes personal, medical and rescue insurance, with a licensed agent. All Mountain Snowsports declines all liability in the case of an accident that occurs during a lesson.
We are obliged to take into account the prevailing conditions and the standards of our clients. We therefore establish our programme of class times, venues, etc. at the beginning of each week.
For safety reasons, it is a condition of booking that you will respect the professional judgment of your instructor whilst you are in the lesson.
Clients should present themselves in a fit and safe condition for physical activity in the mountain environment.
Clients will make every effort to be on time for lessons and will notify the instructor of any foreseen delay by telephone. The ski instructor will wait a maximum of 20 minutes from the start time of a private lesson, and 5 minutes from the start time of a group lesson, at the arranged meeting point unless notified by the client.
The appropriate lift pass is obligatory and is not included in the session price.
If at any time during your course you have cause for complaint, you must let us know immediately and we will endeavour to address the situation to your satisfaction.
All Mountain Snowsports can not be held liable for any material displayed or contained within external websites.
Group Lessons & Minimum Numbers
All group lessons require a minimum number of clients to allow the course to run for the specified duration. With fewer numbers, we can run some of our courses for a reduced duration. If minimum numbers have not been reached and this is not possible we will offer you a conversion to private lessons. Alternatively we will offer a full refund.
Cancellation
In the event of clients cancelling bookings, the following charges apply:
More than 8 weeks notice (57 days) – 20% of booking.
8 to 4 weeks notice (56 to 29 days) – 50% of booking.
4 to 2 weeks notice (28 to 15 days) – 70% of booking.
1 to 2 weeks notice (14 to 8 days) – 90% of booking.
Less than 1 week notice (7 days or less) – 100% of booking.
No refund will be given by All Mountain Snowsports in whole or in part, for unused lessons due to clients’ late arrival, illness, accident, resort closure due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, or for any other cause outside the control of All Mountain Snowsports.
All Mountain Snowsports reserves the right to cancel its lessons for a variety of reasons. A full refund of unused lessons will be made in this instance.
No refunds can be made for people taking part in any lessons, who are not of the required standard, who have not provided the correct information at the time of booking or who’s level has changed between making the booking and their arriving in resort without informing us of this change.
Lesson places are not transferable.
Missed Lessons
We do not offer refunds or make-up lessons if a student misses a lesson or postponement due to lift failure or weather. Your insurance should cover missed tuition due to lift failure or weather. Your claim would be against the local lift company for lift failure.
There may be unforeseen circumstances or conditions which will force All Mountain Snowsports to postpone or cancel a session or sessions. If we are forced to cancel due to staff sickness, we will endeavour to schedule make-up lessons or refund tuition fees on a pro rata basis.
Children
All children under 16 must wear helmets whilst participating in lessons with All Mountain Snowports. We reserve the right to ask a parent to take their child from their lesson if the child is inappropriately dressed or in ill health. We cannot make refunds in these circumstances.
Medical Release for Children
Clients permit any authorised All Mountain Snowsports instructor to arrange for medical attention for their child by attendance of the relevant Piste Security staff or to a medical centre or hospital if, in the opinion of that person, medical attention is needed or is likely to be needed for My Child.
Clients agree that on their child’s departure/evacuation with Piste Security staff, All Mountain Snowsports Ltd will have no further responsibility for, or in respect of, My Child, other than to take all reasonable steps to alert a parent or guardian of the situation.
Clients agree to pay all costs associated with such medical care or attention and for related transportation for their child, and agree to indemnify and to keep indemnified All Mountain Snowsports Ltd for and in respect of any such costs incurred.
Publicity Release
Clients unconditionally assign to All Mountain Snowsports Ltd all right title and interest they or their child may have in any and all audio, audio visual and/or photographic recording of themselves/their child and grant to All Mountain Snowsports Ltd permission to use, display, licence, sell and publish or otherwise deal with the audio, audio visual and/or photographic recording of themselves/their child, including for the purpose of advertisement, promotion or otherwise. Clients further agree that any such recording(s) will remain the exclusive property of All Mountain Snowsports Ltd.

COVID-19 COVER
Special Terms & Conditions Applying to Winter Season 2021/22 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic
Cancellation
On 11 March 2020 the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of Covid-19, to be a global pandemic. Since then governments around the world have taken swift action to slow the spread of COVID-19.
COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. However, the following special cancellation policy applies to winter season 2021/22 and supersedes our standard cancellation policy, in the event of COVID-19 related cancellation outlined below.
Prior to 30th September 2021, clients can cancel their lessons for any reason and receive a full refund with no administration fee.
After 30 September 2021, upon cancellation clients will receive a full refund of their booking total less a 25% administration fee, if at the time of the lessons booked:
- You are prevented from skiing due to national or local government forcing total resort and lift closure in response to COVID-19.
- You are prevented from entering France due to the borders into France being closed, or you are prevented from leaving your home country due to its border being closed, in response to Covid-19.
- You are required by law to quarantine on arrival in France for more than 7 days.
Our standard terms and conditions apply for cancellations or changes in bookings due to any other reason. Refunds will be processed once the week of your ski lessons has passed.
Refunds will only apply where the above affects the dates of your lessons booked. eg. if you choose in January to cancel your lessons booked for March due to travel restrictions, and restrictions are subsequently lifted in time for your booking dates, then our standard cancellation policy will be applied.
Client Obligations
We continue to implement a range of policies and protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including to follow social distancing and other directions and guidelines, in order to maintain the health and safety of our instructors and clients. It is the responsibility of our clients to stay up-to-date with current COVID-19 health and travel guidelines.
It is a condition of your booking that you follow all directions and requirements in place to maintain health and safety during and outside of your lessons, including, but not limited to: Providing a COVID-19 health declaration, upon request; Adhering to social distancing requirements; Consenting to us providing personal and/or health information to health authorities where we are required to do so by law or where the authority has a legal right to request such information to assist with contact tracing.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to follow and observe all directions and requirements in place to maintain health and safety during our lessons, and that we have no liability for any failure to do so.
You acknowledge and agree that, despite measures and actions taken to maintain health and safety during our lessons, we are unable to prevent or avoid all risks relating to COVID-19 in the mountain environment and you accept personal responsibility and liability for any and all risks relating to COVID-19 whilst in our lessons.
